Before 1996 Amazon didn’t exist.It was only in 1998 that they started selling a few (overpriced) books.
Google first appeared in 1998 too. Before that there was no …’anything’.
However, more significant still, in 1998, Blink Image were founded (by me and Dan Beinart)!
OK, ok…so we’re not as big as Amazon or Google (yet) but we are growing.
