About Blink Image
28 years turning complex schemes into clear decisions.
We are a specialist architectural visualisation studio working almost exclusively with the property sector. Two things have kept us here since 1998: methodology that holds up, and imagery worth looking at.

Who we are
Specialists, not generalists.
We’ve been at this since 1998. One of our very first clients was Slough Estates – now SEGRO – who we helped move from hand-painted watercolours to CGI, just as the industry was making that leap. In the 28 years since, we’ve stayed a specialist architectural visualisation studio, producing CGI, verified views, film and interactive content for property developers, planning consultants and architects.
Our roots are in industrial and logistics – still the sector we know best – but the same rigour runs through our residential, commercial, retail, education and hospitality work. A verified view is a verified view whether the building is a distribution centre, a housing scheme or a school: the accuracy, methodology and craft don’t change with the sector, only the subject in front of the camera.
And we’re a compact team of specialists, not a large agency – so the people you brief are the people who do the work, and accountability doesn’t get lost between departments.
How we work
Six steps. Dependable throughout.
A process refined over 28 years and built around your planning timeline and marketing requirements – not our production schedule. Every project follows the same structured sequence, so you always know where things stand.
01
Brief, scope & cost
We confirm requirements, agree costs and issue a formal purchase order – so stage, scope and fee are settled before anything moves. No ambiguity before production begins.
02
Design information & modelling
Architects provide drawings and technical information, and we build the 3D model. We identify gaps early and flag anything affecting accuracy.
03
View selection
Viewpoints agreed via interactive screen-share using the 3D model – so you see exactly what you’re commissioning.
04
Photography capture
Where needed, drone or fixed-wing photography captured to match the CGI with real-world context. GPS-coordinated where required.
05
Production
Structured draft stages with iterative feedback. You’re involved at key milestones – not presented cold.
06
Review & sign-off
Final approval before delivery. We support planning submissions and remain available if authorities request more views.
What guides us
How we think about the work.
01
Trusted problem-solvers
Clients come to us with the hard briefs – the sensitive sites, the moving designs, the impossible deadlines. We’re at our best when the answer isn’t obvious.
02
Outcome-first
A CGI is a means, not an end. We start from what you’re trying to achieve – consent, investment, a sale or a pre-let – and work back to the imagery that gets you there.
03
Full-service, one roof
Survey, photography, CGI, animation and interactive – all in-house. Fewer handoffs, greater consistency, one team accountable from brief to delivery.
04
Collaborative by default
We work as an extension of your team, whether on a direct instruction or as a subcontract partner to a planning or architecture practice.
The team
The people behind the work.
A specialist studio – the people who take your brief are the people who produce the work. Two founding directors and a team of senior 3D artists, with no layers in between.
Founding directors

Richard Birket
Richard studied architecture at Oxford Brookes, where he met Dan, and the two founded Blink Image straight from their diploma in 1998 – turning a shared passion for presentation into a studio. A keen photographer and outdoors type, he trekked to Everest Base Camp last year.

Dan Beinart
Dan co-founded Blink in 1998 and, as Creative Director, still splits his time between hands-on creative work, client relationships and the studio's direction. Trained as an architect at Bath and Oxford Brookes, his fascination with space runs through everything he does – most recently weaving AI into Blink's production pipeline.
The studio

Beril Ozbay
Beril is our AI Lead, weaving AI into 3D artistry, post-production and visualisation to create imagery, film and immersive 360° experiences, and running the studio's weekly Creative Technology sessions. With a background in urban design, her interests span science, art, technology and cats.

Antonio Corpaci
Antonio studied architecture in Sicily before moving into visualisation, working across Slovenia, Malta and the UK, and has spent the last four years at Blink creating stills and animation for commercial and industrial projects. He's drawn to realistic environments, lighting and atmosphere, and outside work he sketches, runs, cycles and swims around his native island.

James Hill
James has been a 2D artist for decades and a 3D artist for 15 years, most of it in architectural visualisation – though he's also applied his skills for interior designers and furniture manufacturers. He has a passion for creating beautiful images through modelling craftsmanship, detailed texturing and photographic principles.
