Places people spend time in, brought to life.

Schools, campuses, hotels and leisure schemes are judged on how they feel to be in – and they often have to win over communities, donors and stakeholders as well as planners. We produce imagery that gets consent and conveys the experience.

Rooted in Oxford

An education city, on our doorstep since 1998.

We’ve been based in Oxford since Blink started – a city known the world over for its university and colleges. Over the years we’ve worked on several projects for the University of Oxford, and that grounding shows in how we approach education work everywhere: a feel for buildings that carry history, serve their communities, and have to sit right in sensitive, much-loved settings.

Atmosphere matters here

Where a building has to feel right, not just look right.

A school, a campus, a hotel or a leisure venue lives or dies on atmosphere – the sense of a place you’d want to learn, work, stay or spend a day. That’s harder to convey than a facade, and it’s exactly what we’re good at: imagery with light, life and a real sense of occasion, backed by the same accuracy every other sector relies on.

What we produce

Everything these schemes need.

01

Verified views for planning

Campuses, schools and leisure schemes often sit in sensitive or community-facing settings. We produce accurate AVRs that show the real impact and support the application honestly.

02

Atmosphere-led CGI & film

Imagery and film that capture how a place feels to be in – full of light, people and life – for prospectuses, donor decks and marketing.

03

Stakeholder & donor visuals

Material that helps win community support and fundraising for a scheme – showing governors, donors and neighbours exactly what’s proposed and why it matters.

04

360° tours & phased masterplans

Walk a campus or resort before it’s built, and show a multi-phase masterplan clearly – so everyone can see where a long project is heading.

Consent, and buy-in

Win permission – and win people over.

Consent & community

These schemes are often watched closely by the people who live and work around them. Accurate, honest imagery helps a consultation go well and gives a planning committee confidence, rather than handing objectors an easy target. More on our planning work →

Fundraising & marketing

A capital project often has to be paid for before it’s built – by donors, by parents, by guests booking ahead. Imagery that conveys the ambition and the experience is what turns a proposal into support. More on our marketing work →

A case in point: Pembroke College

Years ago, we produced imagery and a film for a proposed development at Pembroke College, Oxford – made to help win over alumni and donors. The college raised all the funding it needed, and the scheme went ahead. Visualisation like this doesn’t just show a building; done well, it can be part of what gets it built.

Common questions

Education & hospitality, answered.

Can you produce material for community consultation?

Yes. Clear, honest imagery is one of the best ways to run a smooth consultation – it lets people see exactly what’s proposed rather than imagine the worst. We produce views and material suited to public exhibitions and stakeholder sessions.

Can imagery be used for fundraising and donor decks?

Absolutely. A capital campaign needs to show donors the ambition and the experience of the finished place. We create imagery and film built for exactly that – prospectuses, presentations and donor material.

Can you show a phased masterplan clearly?

Yes. Campuses and resorts are usually delivered in phases over years. We can show the end state and the stages along the way, so stakeholders understand where a long project is heading.

Can people explore a campus or venue interactively?

Yes – through 360° tours and Interact3D, people can move through a scheme and explore it themselves rather than being shown a fixed set of views. See how Interact3D works →
